Kelmscott Manor Workshop Terms and Conditions
Please make sure you have read this information before making a booking.
Bookings, Payment and Cancellations
- Bookings for our workshop can be made via our online shop.
- Your booking will only be secured once we receive payment.
Confirmation
When you book a workshop you will receive a payment receipt by email. This will be followed up by an email containing further information specific to your workshop.
Under 18s
Please note that our workshops are designed for adults. We cannot accept bookings for people under the age of 18 unless stated otherwise in the course description. When under 18's are permitted they must be accompanied by a paying adult.
Cancellation
- In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a workshop we will always try to rearrange the session. If this is not possible or you cannot attend the new session, then you will be given a full refund.
- If you need to cancel more than 30 days ahead of a workshop you can exchange on to a different course at no extra cost or receive a full refund minus a 10% administration fee.
- If you need to cancel less than 30 days before the workshop, we are unable to offer a refund.
Bad Weather
Your safety and the safety of our tutors is important and we will try to give you plenty of notice if it is necessary to cancel due to bad weather. In the unlikely event we do have to cancel the above cancellation term will apply.
Please note if the class is running and you decide not to attend, then we are unable to offer a refund.
This information is valid for all bookings made for workshops taking place after 25th July 2024. Kelmscott Manor reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time.
